lock-downs are a difficult time for most of us. For some they can be highly stressful and worrying on many different levels. With this in mind we a more than happy to offer a small gift to the Criffel Station and Criffel Station Woolshed community: a guided, pre-recorded Hatha Yoga class (90 minutes).

Do a little – do a lot – do all of it – repeat. It is totally up to you and how you feel. It is best to download the entire file, before starting the session.
