Criffel Station is a spectacular high country station and working deer farm, a 10-minute drive from Wanaka township. From the flat lower paddocks to the soaring landscapes of Mt Barker, and into the crevices of much-needed hidden waterways, this is a place where healthy ecosystems thrive.
Today, the station is a multi-functional landscape, designed to connect communities to the land, cared for by the owners, The Bell family. From farming to tourism to development, every aspect is rooted in the principles of One Health and adeptly applies the core concepts of ecosystem services (ES).

It offers learning tours, exclusive behind-the-gate experiences, seminars and related events to ensure the lessons they learn on their land can be shared, adopted and understood for the betterment of land use as it relates to sustainable agricultural practices across New Zealand, and the world.
